A: You should post on your site (sites) links and send the visitors of your site to our site. We pay to the partners the commission fee from the sales to the clients, engaged by them.
Q: How would you know, that it was I who send the customers to you?
A: In each link that is placed by you on your site contain your partner number. You may read the Links division to find out how to place links to different pages of our site. The Links division will be available for you after the registration in the affiliate program.
Q: How much do you pay to your partners?
A: At the beginning our partners get 35% of all payments from the clients, they engaged. For the partners, who provide the better sales, this rate may be increased. The sales commission increase decision is made individually for each partner. Contact Technical Support to discuss your personal working conditions.
Q: Do you pay to your partners for engaging other webmasters?
A: Certainly. This activity can be very profitable for you! We have a mechanism, that allows to identify, that the webmaster registered in the program through your link. We pay to you 6% from the money paid to the webmasters registered through your link.
Q: Will I get my percent from the repeated payments of users, which are attached to my ID?
A: Yes, you will. A user is attached to your ID for term of life, and you get your commission every time, when a user credits money to his account.
Q: When can I get the money I earned?
A: Usually we pay on the 6th and 21st day of each month. If these dates are holidays, the payment date is shifted to the first day after the holidays.
Q: Which payment methods do you offer?
A: Accessible payment methods: WebMoney, E-passport, Fethard and Wire Transfer.
Q: What is the minimum payout?
A: It depends on the payment methods you chose. If a payment method is WebMoney, E-passport or Fethard, the minimum payout is $80. If you chose Wire Transfer, it is $400.

Q: May I use E-mail, ICQ or other mass mailing to engage customers?
A: No, we don't deal with spammers. In case of mass mailing detection for customers attraction to our site, we carry out an internal investigation. According to the investigation results we pronounce a warning or close the account without paying the money.
Q: May I use the traffic generated by adware programs?
A: No, we don't accept such traffic.
Q: On which pages of your site is it better to place links?
A: If you deal with "white" music catalogues, on the pages of your site you should place a link to the corresponding album or song (Preview page) on our site. Try to avoid a simple page to the home page of our site, as it decreases the amount of users, who pay. A user should be led to a track he is interested in through the shortest way! Working with doorways, direct a user to the concrete album or song or to the internal site search. In the internal site search one can receive the requests in the form, in which users type them in "big search systems". Q: One should know Song-ID, Album-ID and Artist-ID to place links. Where one can find them?
A: These data is stored in the database of our music catalogue. We give this database to our partners in several forms. One can download it in the division Marketing Tools (this division is available after the registration). If you need to check some ID, just enter the site, then choose the concrete album or artist and check URL - the number, written after the words "album" or "artist". This is the corresponding ID.
Q: Where one can find images?
A: You may display the artists photos and albums covers of different sizes on your site. See Links to find out how to specify the way to images.
Q: There are the fields REFERAL, AMOUNT, TOTAL in the division Statistics. What do they mean?
A: In the field REFERAL your income is displayed, that you got from the partners activity, whom you engaged in the affiliate program. In the field AMOUNT your income is displayed, that you got from the clients you engaged. The field TOTAL displays your aggregate income for a certain period.
Q: How often is the statistics updated?
A: The whole statistics is shown to you online.
